Product Introduction
The decolorizing agent for printing and dyeing wastewater is a cationic organic polymer compound that combines multiple functions such as decolorization, flocculation, and COD degradation, formed by the condensation of formaldehyde dicyandiamide resin with specific catalysts. Due to the high-density cationic charge groups unique to decolorizing agents in printing and dyeing wastewater, they can combine with the anionic groups of color developing substances in the wastewater to form hydrophobic insoluble salts, which can be separated from water. In addition, various active groups contained in the molecular chain of decolorizing agents in printing and dyeing wastewater can react chemically with anionic groups such as sulfonic acid groups and carboxylic acid groups in dye molecules to generate insoluble substances that can be removed from water, thereby removing colors from water. In addition, the polymer adsorption bridging effect also has good coagulation and sedimentation effects. The decolorization rate of this product for printing and dyeing wastewater is greater than 99%, and the COD removal rate is between 50% and 85%.
